In March, there was a (esports) FIFA Ultimate Quaranteam tournament with clubs from all arround the world, organised by Leyton Orient Football Club.
This was played on FIFA20 as online friendly in the 85-mode. This mode doesn't have extra time, so when there was a draw they have to replay the match, until there is a winner. It was no best of x, just one game (if someone won).
Karamba, and all other bookmakers offered a 1X2 market, so obviously this should be the result of the first and main match.
In this case I had a bet on AZ - Utrecht, bets being AZ DNB and 1X, as you can see the game ended in a 0-0 draw and therefore had to be replayed until there was a winner. Eventually Utrecht won the 4th game and Karamba settled it as a Utrecht win. Which is not right.
All games were livestreamed and the full match can be checked online. I send them the evidence multiple times, but still won't fix this issue. I emailed them at least five times, but no proper response, only that it's correct, which it's not.
