I bet two bets nearly at the same time for the same event . One lost bet is settled down as lost . Won bet is void . Nice steal . I talked to them on Wagering chat . one person , Vincent is a .... not a proper person . Other person also talks only bullshits . No point to talk to them . This is screenshot .

Since i dont see way to force this thief bookie to pay my money , i go public . Maybe they care about their opinion more than about fairness .

I am a huge Bookmaker fan, and I reviewed both tickets, and I don't see why that 2nd wager was graded a push. They will fix it. Bookmaker is top notch.

i talked on their wagering chat two times , i heard both of times that no way they change it . Reason is a joke : one bet was right , 2nd was wrong ( because of system error ) . Ofc or both bets are wrong , or both are right .

The only thing I can think of is the odds were off, which I may agree with. -116 on a draw in the 3rd inning when the score was 5-2 I can see being incorrect odds. That would make sense. But, if they offered that, they should respect the wager even if the number was way low. I think with the right approach you can get your money back on that.

thx . I talked on their chat about this , no result . I sent email to their wagering department , and still no answer , no money credited . Now i have made sbr complaint , but in the past no help from sbr was received . Ok , what can i do , is waiting what will happen .

I had experience with Bookmaker before and what I can tell is they are very stubborn.

Once they make the decision they rarely change it.

I guess you can be like that if you are leading sportsbook in U.S

anyway , their excuse , that one bet was right ( this lost ) and 2nd one was wrong ( this won ) its a joke , this cant be an excuse , from any bookmaker , not only from a leading usa book

Yep. Few months ago they graded a wager I lost as a win, me being dumb bet not knowing it lost. Realizing my account is in negatives 1 hour prior to the game I bet I go on chat and let them know to see If they’ll cancel it. They say no but say it doesn’t matter and if it wins my account will go back to a zero balance or if it loses my account will be zero. Of course it loses and then they refuse to put my balance back to zero.
