Pinnacle support not responding?

    Pinnacle support not responding?
    I really don't understand this. Pinnacle says their support is there 24/7, but in reality they haven't answered any of my two requests for lost Client ID in three days (not even so much as an automated confirm).

    Is this standard? I was hoping to bet the UFC tonight, no such luck it seems.

    Actually, now that I checked my outbox again, I sent them an odds request about three weeks ago as well. No repsonse. What's happening?

      My two contacts in the past seven days were responded to within minutes so I wouldn't say being ignored is standard. Betjamaica ignored a family member's emails and that's the only place I know to have done that with anyone I know but this matched other information I later read in regards to European players. Your problem is made worse by it being the only method of communication with Pinnacle.

        I tried mailing them from an unrelated mail adress, and got a response within 10 minutes. Apparently, their mails to my registered adress do not get through for some reasong (spam filter has been checked, that's not it).

        Anyway, the support itself seems to be working fine and quickly! As you say, headgames, they would however benefit from an alternative way of communicating.

          Most probably they just don't receive your earlier email for some unknown reason..
          Or perhaps, they refused to answer your question as they don't
          know how to do so.. lols!!
