It's ridiculous that their "final position" is still not even explaining what grounds they think they can hold your money for, or how or when their investigation might end.


I would take that message to IBAS, and the UKGC, and not ask either to solve whatever secret issue Betfair has... but hammer them both about the legality of the rules. And if those oversight bodies think Betfair can act this way under UKGC rules and Common Law (they cannot under CL for sure).
