Part of this post is just to vent as I’m sure it will get fixed, but in case it doesn’t wanted to have it out there. One of my wagers was graded wrong this morning. No big deal, so I contacted support with the ticket and a link to the match. They responded with another link to the match, showing the exact same result I gave them, telling me it was graded right. So I sent a message back telling them to double check their link as it shows the correct outcome and the wager needs to be regraded. I’m waiting for a reply.
I get mistakes happen but when the amount of matches going on is so few, and an error is shown, I wouldn’t think it would take multiple messages to get it fixed. Especially when they send the match result they are using and it backs up the information I’m showing them.
