DAFABET steal 2.5% from my withdrawl
    Hello!
I make bets in Dafabet. And get letter (a lot of people here get such letter):

    "Dear ****

Please note that starting from March 23 (GMT +8) and as per term 7.5 of our T&C’s (We reserve the right to apply a handling charge on deposits and withdrawals to cover third party transactions costs depending on the selected payment method. We shall inform you if you will be subjected to this handling charge, there will be a fee equal to 2.5% of the amount of each of your withdrawals to cover the costs incurred by the payment method you use.

    Best of Luck,
    Dafabet Team"

I don't like to pay any fee. And make 1st request for withdrawl at 16 March. After it I didn't get any letters or money (withdrawls) from them for 2 days. 18th March I contacted Dafabet in chat support - and I was asked to send document for verification. I send it 18th March. After it I also didn't get any letters and any money (withdrawls) from them. When I contact them in chat (20, 21, 22 March) - support said "we can't give you timeframe of your withdrawl. You should wait". 22th March I made one more request for withdrawl. Today, I get my two withdrawls. And they deducted 2.5% of fee!! Is it honest? They wait until this date (23 March) esspeccially for deducting fee!! Today in chat support they don't help me with that, and sometimes troll me!! But in other hand, today support say that Skrill withdrawls should pay within several hours! How can it be??? But my first Skrill withdrawls pay 1 week!!!
Please, help me with that case. Tommorow they deduct fee from other players! And that player may be you!

These days you're lucky if you get paid at all.

They consider you sharp player and you have 2 options - play in Dafa and pay 2,5% each withdrawal or bet somewhere else.

Its standard fee for many 'chosen' players. They're must notified you about this via email.
Its was you first withdraw? Now, when your account already verified, I think, you will receive your money more quickly. I play here 8 years and mostly my withdraw requests was complete less then in 1 hour.

I'd like to withdrawl all my money without fee (before 23 March). But Dafabet didn't allow me to do it.

Yes it was first withdrawl. I get notification about it 16 March and made withdrawl request this date. And Dafabet specially expire all timeframe in order to deduct fee from my account. I get withdrawl only today (the first day that they notified me about deduction fee).

2.5% isn't too bad if you are a sharp or arber and they let you keep betting.

No comment on if you were properly notified or not, but their terms do not say they need to give you any prior notice anyway.

Do you want to continue to use their book?

I don't make decision about betting here.

But I meet their requirements in order to get pay out without fee. But they don't allow me to do it.

They will just quote their term to SBR and that will be it honestly. I guess keep arguing if you don't care about the account. Try asking for your request to be escalated to a manager to review, I find that quite often works if a CS person says go away initially.
