Bettilt closed my account with 8340 euros in balance
on 6th of January I signed up on Bettilt and on 14th I made a deposit of 500 euros (with a 500 euros bonus)

after completing the required amount to bet (10x the bonus amount), i made my 1st withdrawal request by bank transfer, which was canceled, according to Bettilt, due to data entry error

i continued to bet and try to withdraw part of my balance, until the account had very low limits, so I stopped placing bets

from that moment I made withdrawal attempts that were all canceled (around 10), always with the indication (by email and/or chat) that the data of my bank account would not be correct, which is not possible since I copied / pasted directly from my bank statement or were typed after strict check

on January 28, my account was blocked / closed, Bettilt claimed the reason is IP duplication, but I don´t have any other account, nor did anyone access my PC and mobile phone for this purpose and I did not use external access (public wireless)

therefore Bettilt either has serious system problems or there is a clear intention to retain the customer's balance

    P.S.: i´ve filed a complaint yesterday

It might be a more positive sign that they haven't refunded the deposit really. Or less negative, might be a better way to say it.

At AskGamblers they have a rep replying to complaints. File a complaint there, but do not mention you bet on sports
