BOVADA not honoring a deposit bonus [Resolved]

So, I chatted with a rep there, they said %100 bonus with 1k deposit. I said for sure, she said yes. I said email me the chat they said couldnt do it. Of course.
I put BTC worth $1000.00, went back to request bonus funds be added, now they are saying no bonus available at this time. (same day, today.)
And it took over 1 HOUR this morning just to get it approved for the bonus.
Is this grounds for a complaint?
I told them I would ONLY deposit again if receiving the bonus.
I opened account with them few weeks ago promptly lost mid 4 figs without any withdrawal.

Not sure what you have against Heritage unless things have changed. Basically got away from offshore but Heritage was a sold shop back a couple of years ago. BODOG/Bovada is garbage imo. I guess each to his own. GL>

If I don't get an email confirmation I take a picture of my screen but never make the deposit without some kind of backup. I've had to fight this a couple times and it's just a pain in the ass to get them to honor their word sometimes. I've found it's usually a low level employee who made a mistake.

They pay at least when I used Bodog years ago. But they are a scared book. Very conservative risk management. Forgot all the things I did not like as it's been years but circled games, games off the board, surcharge for plastic. Heritage and Bookmaker much better shops imo. GL.

Not sure about roll; last time one rep said 15x then another said 5x. Can speak to 20 reps and get 20 answers. Havent won yet so don't know paranoid levels yet. Really like their live bet options and variety. Lot of lines suck vig wise though. Heritage was my go to book until about a year ago when they changed their platform (scary and horrific)... countless number of other reasons if you look at my posts you can see there's too many to name here can write a book.

well nice surprise today logged in and balance shot up half a nickel outta nowhere they rewarded account with a bonus. Of course might have something to do with me getting pounded up the butt shaft since I joined but hey I will take it.
