First of all, sorry if this has been asked and addressed a zillion times already but I don’t feel like searching the forum.
I logged in to heritage and saw 51.07 available and I should’ve had 0.00 available with over 900 pending so I contacted chat and told them to remove the 51.07 because I don’t take any bonuses. The customer service rep said it was “cash back”...I have no idea what that is so I told him if it has rollover or anything I have to complete to be eligible for a withdrawal, remove it from my account. They said it is free cash with no rollover. Hard to believe, can anyone back this up? I don’t want any BS that I have to fulfill when I go to get my next payout.
