    WARNING - Exclusivbet confiscate 1000 Euro
    Hey Guys,

    I like to send a warning for Exclusivbet. Don't use these scammers.

    Some weeks ago I opened an account and made deposit by EcoPayz (200 Euro). I placed my first bet on Alps Hockey League. So far so good. In next days I placed two more bets. All of them won. I got email on 3rd Dec that my account is full verified.

    On last thursday I placed my next bets on AlpsHL. After that I received these email:

    Dear I hope this e-mail finds you well.Please be informed that your last deposit of 200 euro has just been refunded.Due to an external notification about your betting pattern your account has been locked and all your winning seized.Please consider this decision as finalRegards,Geo
    They send me back my deposit and confiscate 1000 Euro. I had contact with the chat and this was the last email:

    Thank you for taking the time and share your thoughts with us.

    Please let me point out that we have acted according to our terms and conditions and refunded your deposit.

    It is your right to share your thoughts and ideas in forum as many do; it is neither your right to defame a company with false allegations nor legal to do so.

    For your convenience I paste below the link with our terms and condition along with the relevant part:

    https://www.mrxbet.com/TermsConditions/General

    COLLUSION, CHEATING, FRAUD AND CRIMINAL ACTIVITY
    9.1. The following activities as not allowed and constitute a material breach of the Terms:

    colluding with other third parties;
    using unfair advantage or influence (commonly known as cheating), including the exploitation of a fault, loophole or error in our software, the use of automated players (sometimes known as 'bots'); or the exploitation of an 'error';
    undertaking fraudulent activities to your advantage, including the use of a stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorised credit or debit card, as a source of funds;
    taking part in any criminal activities including money laundering and any offence with criminal repercussions.
    9.2. We will take all reasonable steps to prevent such activities; detect them and the relevant players; and deal with the relevant players appropriately. We will not be liable for any loss or damage which you or any other player may incur as a result of collusive, fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity, or cheating, and any action we take in respect of the same will be at our sole discretion.
    9.3. If you suspect a person is colluding, cheating or undertaking a fraudulent activity, you shall as soon as reasonably practicable report it to us by e-mailing us.
    9.4. We reserve the right to inform relevant authorities, other online gaming or gambling operators, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity, and you agree to cooperate fully with us to investigate any such activity.

    9.5 Suspicious Betting

    a) For the purpose of this Clause 9.5, "suspicious betting" shall refer to where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Bet or a number of Bets have been placed in suspicious circumstances. Suspicious betting shall include, but not be limited to:

    i. where there is an inordinate frequency and/or highly unusual pattern of Bets (by comparison with betting norms) placed on the same selection(s) in a short space of time;

    ii. where there is an inordinate frequency and/or highly unusual pattern of Bets placed on the same selection(s) and where the theoretical probability of said selection(s) winning at the time of Bet(s) placement, based on the odds offered on the selection(s) at the time of Bet placement, is largely inconsistent with the theoretical probability of the same selection(s) winning calculated using their starting prices,

    iii. where the integrity of an event (or events) has been called into question, including, for example, but not limited to where one (or more) of the participants in an event displays exceptional form which we reasonably believe was known to you or someone connected to you at the time of bet placement but was concealed from the public generally in order to gain an unfair advantage in any bets placed on that event (or those events);

    iv. where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Bet or a string of connected Bets were placed robotically, by automated means, or otherwise than through the Account holder placing each Bet manually via their Account;

    v. where we reasonably believe that you have used unfair external factors or influences connected with the event(s) the subject of any Bet(s);

    vi. where we reasonably suspect that you have opened duplicate Accounts or where we reasonably suspect that second or subsequent Accounts are under common control with your Account with a view to concealing the true worth, nature or pattern of Bets placed by you or on your behalf, even if second or subsequent Accounts are opened under different names;

    vii. where we otherwise believe, acting reasonably, that you are acting in concert with others or that you are acting other than on your own behalf; or

    viii. where we reasonably believe that Bets have been placed from a location or device other than the location or device which you claim to have used to place a Bet.

    Once again, the decision is final and future communications from your side will not be acknowledged.

    Kind regards,
    Geo
    There's no chance to get the money, I guess. Meanwhile I heared from three other people who had same problems. Every time when you bet on mostly same leagues and you win money they will close your account.

    Don't use these bookie. You will find much better other ones...

      They have Everymatrix software.

      I used that book 2 or 3 years ago. They paid but stalled the payout for weeks.

        If four people who know each other are treated like this, you can be fairly sure they consider you to be acting in some sort of cartel type way.

        Gnoming or betting together to obtain better limits for example.
