Hi Everyone,

I am writing to tell you that Pinnacle stole my money. Yes, Pinnacle !

While I was sleeping, I had 3 withdrawals each for a lot of money leave my account. I have been fighting with them for almost a month to get my money back but they won't give it back.

When I complained about the fraud, they locked my account, and told me my wagers would be voided that are active. Now they are telling me, my losing wagers are not voided but they stood as wagered. I bet you if they won, they would have been voided.

But I am mostly concerned with getting my stolen money back. Who can I complain to ?

You need to find a site that reviews sportsbooks and handles player disputes. Try using google, I'm sure such a site exists.

Like I said in another thread, they locked my account because of suspicious logins a few weeks ago. One IP was from the Netherlands (Curacao is Dutch, but the IP was from the mainland) and another from Austria. This is with a password that no would could have guessed. Fortunately no money was in my account at the time, and the logins have stopped since I changed the password.

Anyway, go into your My Account section and locate Password & Security. Any weird IP's other than yours logging in?

I've never had a problem with pinny and it's hard to imagine them doing this without being provoked in some manner.

There is no story here, if you did nothing wrong you will get your money

We recieved this correspondence from the book... Please note that we did some investigations regarding this complaint, however from the activity in the customer’s account, we have enough reason to believe there wasn’t any breach on the account:

• We reviewed his IP logins and didn’t find anything, to check a bit more in depth, we requested also support from IT and nothing wrong was found on his IP.
• Customer withdrawals happened on November 8^th, while customer had a balance of 10K
  • It is very unusual for a fraudster to leave behind 10K while they could’ve easily move all the money out
  
  
• After withdrawing, the customer kept wagering, also no change in wager pattern so it is him who wagered. He placed 30+ wagers and lost all his money

Thanks for posting! Interesting story, I’ve felt like I’ve been robbed by plenty of books but in the end I knew it was my own dumbass fault and sucked it up and took it like a man.

I don't like that kind of censorship. This conversation actually happened, and we shouldn't remove it from the web. If anything, it's evidence of Pinnacle's integrity. Just change the thread title so that it's clear nothing wrong happened here.

How do you explain Pinnacle's response? Specifically the part about leaving money behind in the account and making your usual bets in between withdrawals?

never had one issue with Pinnacle, they are the fastest book I have ever used for IDEBIT. They usually have the money in my account the next day.
