How long should a book take to "fix" issues?
After reading comments in Bovada community page I saw tons of posts about people depositing during the "issues" Bovada had Friday/Saturday and the $$$ still hasn't been credited to their accounts. Of course most of them claim they would have won $$$$ on ALL the bets they missed out on due to the issues. Bovada gave em all some sort of bonus $$$ for the headache but no matter the amount some players will complain!!!

Bovada gave all players 25000 betpoints which was about $25 so it's not like they aren't owning there problem. My question to you is how long should you wait on a book to 1. Fix things & 2. Make sure it doesn't happen anymore?

At what point does a book continue to want new "customers" that evidently have an adverse effect on current "customers"? For example players who have been with Bovada for awhile are used to bitcoin payouts in less than 48 hours. With all the new "customers" they get it's pushing payouts back to in some cases I've seen up to 96+ hours!!!

I like Bovada but as someone who was ripped off by an offshore book anytime 1 little thing doesn't go right I start to worry!!!
