Wow....I mean fcuking really? I may expect from a rinky-dink book but from them? Big-time head-scratcher.

just much easier doing direct transfer from book I hate losing a few bucks by the time bitcoin goes to block then goes to the other book except era always get jipped. But no choice 100 is absurd. Should be free

Not that its much help but Bookmaker has had this policy since as far back as I can remember (back when they were CRIS).

Look at the date on this thread:

Outbound transfers from Bookmaker brand books have always been $100 or worse, depending on the amount. But the really absurd part is that INCOMING transfers to Bookmaker are free via A+ books like 5D and Heritage. So my question is why would other A+ Books want to participate in this one-sided arrangement?

I thought it was more than $100.

Just have them send bitcoin and it's fee free.

yeah I did that and if i slept on it already assed out as BTC dropped almost 10% LMFAO.
Seems like every BTC payout I request triggers a massive price drop each and every time.
Fortunately put the funds into 5dimes last night before the tumble.
