#5Outbound transfers from Bookmaker brand books have always been $100 or worse, depending on the amount. But the really absurd part is that INCOMING transfers to Bookmaker are free via A+ books like 5D and Heritage. So my question is why would other A+ Books want to participate in this one-sided arrangement?Comment -

Seems like every BTC payout I request triggers a massive price drop each and every time.
