Nitrogen cancels a wager on game day
I played KC -3 last week for the Monday night game. When I just logged on to my Nitrogen account, I saw a message saying my bet was cancelled today because they didn't realize the game would be played in Mexico tonight. This is highly unprofessional. If I hadn't logged on to my account today I never would have known this. They could have at least emailed me about this. More properly, they should not have cancelled the bet.

Did they do the same for those that bet on the Chargers +3?

That's irrelevant, the location of this game was probably announced when the schedule came out months ago. And now the number is -5. I didn't realize Nitro was this incompetent.

Here's the announcement for the game on 1/21/2019.

I would open a complaint with SBR. You shouldn't be punished for their mistake.

That is complete BS. Your bet should stand.

If the listing was at all misleading about the location, and someone pointed it out, then they would be crazy to not cancel all bets now.

Did they tell you exactly what the problem was? Or can you post a link to the public record of that bet?

Bets that are mislabeled with the wrong name, date, or location are almost ALWAYS a void.

This is especially important for those that bet on the Chargers thinking they were playing at home instead of at a neutral site.
The void keeps players from betting on the Chargers and then calling in the next day to ask for a refund due to the location being listed wrong if they lost. The sites don't want to get free rolled.

it's industry standard to void even @ Nitro where rules like starting pitcher scratch in MLB do not void and all bets stand.....What I would do is send a NICE email to them asking for a free play and make sure you tell them to escalate to management as the first tier CS will tell you to participate in stupid CHAT trivia or some other nonsense

All Nitrogen baseball bets are action so pitching change doesn't affect your bets.

FYI, Nitrogen lines are Pinny lines + extra juice. Maybe they need to be more careful just copying Pinny.

I agree with this, but Nitrogen never has any sort of indication about game location on its NFL pre-game bets. If it wasn't presented to the bettor as incorrect information, then it's irrelevant. Maybe last week's or Monday's NFL lines were handled differently than they usually are. I don't know.
