Betonline. Locked account and no further details after weeks of waiting

    2. I did a security phone interview with BOL . Get berated, called a liar.
    Result: Account locked. I assume ALL my money has been stolen by "A+" book. No further word from BOL or SBR.
    Can you please reply to the complaint confirmation email and ask for an update? That goes directly to the right person.

    Being frank though, a device match is not something we would normally argue with them about. If they used the reason a lot maybe, but they don't very often that I am aware of.

      What exactly does " device match" mean?
      They can lock your account if you use a different or new device?

            I totally understand the books' policy and need to have control over accounts .Hackers are everywhere these days , there is no such thing as being too careful. BOL was right to raise "red flags" and question things given the facts they had. I mean, they have a process KYC for this type of situation. That's not good enough ? Like I said, I did EVERYTHING they asked.
            Looks like, BOL team failed to provide enough solid and reasonable proofs that could justify their decision to confiscate legitimate winnings.
            This treatment should be a warning, to others, however, that if you can imagine a situation where you might accidentally raise a "red flag", BOL management can and will use that as an opportunity to freeroll you without any recourse.
            In any civilized country you certainly do need proof to withhold or steal funds that don't belong to you. If you made a decision in your daily business that equates to you robbing me of money I believe I'm entitled to then as long as you don't live in some third world shit hole I'd be suing you.
            Obviously dealing with the scummie world of offshore betting in a third world sh*t hole means the legal system isn't an option but it also shouldn't mean it's the wild west and bookies can just decide: hey this is close enough to proof in my eyes so you don't get paid or you get whatever I decide. $3500 isn't some insignificant amount of money.
            Keep in mind I've been gambling with this account for a year under my IP address and device.
            Kindly asking BOL to provide evidence/s where it is clearly visible that I registered more then one account, along with quoted terms that might have been breached by my actions. Not only the same OS/browser/time combination.
            If some spyware, had been downloaded to my machine, OK no problem. Just release research data in published form.
