Matchbook betting agent high fee

Hello im new arbitrage user. And i opened a matchbook account from bet-pays.com and they have %2 deposit fee. i sent 2000 euro and they added to my account 1940 euro.

Is it normal ?

Don't know but be careful, Matchbook are known for voiding bets after the match is finished, worst thing that can happen to an arber.

2% that is too much for a deposit fee, you can get from free

I deposit 2 days ago and they didnt transfer money to my account. They dont answer to emails. SCAM. Yes,they doesn't exist. Don' t deposit or register there. joseph06nk how did you deposit them?
