Unlike IBAS where the book has to abide by IBAS's decision or leave, I think eCOGRA's decisions aren't binding on any level so even if they find in your favour Gamebookers don't have to pay out. That being said, you came to SBR so maybe a dispute resolution service is the right thing for you and according to eCOGRA's website, they do seem to find in the player's favour some of the time at least! You could always then take it to the Gibraltar authority regardless of outcome. In the end, they're all funded by the industry so it's hit and miss and really down to you as I've no experience with either. Good luck whatever you choose.

I checked the IBAS-website, and it seems Gamebookers is also registered there (they are part of the Partygaming network).

So you think I have a better shot at IBAS according to your last post..?

IBAS has made some quite shocking decisions in my opinion and I have never heard of eCOGRA before I looked into Gamebookers' terms to try and help you. I suppose if IBAS were to find in your favour Gamebookers would have to enact that decision or lose their IBAS registration and as I say, I don't believe the same is true with eCOGRA. In a round about way therefore, maybe it would be best to try IBAS but I truly don't know and have to leave it to you. All I can say is good luck.

I think I will go for IBAS then. I have limited time at the moment, but I will submit my problem with them as soon as possible.
