BOL Not Honoring Advertised 5% Bonus on BTC Deposits

Despite advertising a 5% premium on BTC deposits (a rolling ad that is still on their website), Betonline did not add the bonus to my $2900 deposit today. If the offer is no longer valid, they should pull it. So don't expect to get the 5% premium on your deposit anymore despite the misleading ad. You would think an A+ Book would honor what they're advertising on their website....

When I deposited on Sportsbetting today it still had the 5% thing and when I went to send from my blockchain for $1000 it had me send $982. Not 5% but still a good rate. However, when my deposit confirmed I only received $983 into my account.

Do you still see the 5% being offered at Sportsbetting? I can still the 5% ad for BOL when I log in on this computer, but a different series of ads are being shown on the the saved login page for my 2nd computer.

I made a couple small deposits last week, and and they were quoting BTC price over 100 dollars lower than it was at any of the exchanges. They did give the 5 percent over "their" price.

I wasn't going to make a stink about it because they were small deposits, but i wondered if they were doing it to larger deposits.

Ok, info sent. At this point, it's more of a misunderstanding than a complaint. No way do I think this was intentional. The fact that BOL offers 5% over market from time to time is awesome. Thanks Optional!

I believe it comes with the same 1x rollover you'd have to do on a no bonus deposit.

Just have to bet whatever you deposit essentially. They had a similar promotion during the month of July. It officially ended at the end of September, but I'm guessing they forgot to take down the ads for it.

I thought I'd share the response I received from BOL last night. The email explained why I was still able to see the ad that was already removed (cache problem), and they were adding the bonus to my account despite the promo being expired. Top notch on BOL's part.
