im pretty sure in situations like that , you just contact them and they take care of it for you. Phoenix is a solid book with great CS i wouldnt worry .

they have too many technical issues!

such as when you want a hit, it doesn't give it to you or VC versa!

had this happen to me on 3 different occasions. I won't play with them anymore in the live casino!

the live tv feed is not a proof, they can use a special effect software like adobe premiere to mix 2 pictures.

i hate BetPhoenix in general but their live casino really seems and feels legit. i watched the blackjack girl shuffle like 2 hours ago on camera. theres not all the funny business you see with these automated programs with random number generators and algorithms that just seem to be written to F you over. (ie betjam, bookmaker, sbr casinos that hit that magic 5 way too often when the dealer has 16)

ive had winning experiences with the live casino but in general they are crooks and you should not trust them.


everybody gets the same cards as their hand but the hit card only applies to the people who wanted to hit. you can even watch the stream and fake bet what you woulda bet and see how the cards come out. closest to a real casino at home ive ever seen. i doubt the casino practices are the attack point at which you will be f*cked by them.
