How on earth is 5Dimes the #1 Sportsbook?

didn't help they called me for verification while I was busy at work so the callback was delayed.

Personally I made the experience that it's best to call them yourself to do the payout verification. It doesn't speed-up the payout process as a whole (as is still may take some time till the verification e-mail arrives), but prevent you from things like that to happen.

Generally, it would be very welcome if they'd finally replace the phone calls with something more up to date though.

oddly enough, my issues with 5dimes is the opposite of most. i always get paid lightning quick, even with multiple high requests. they are so petty though with minor things like rewards. i swear you can lose like 50k per month with them, but they will deny you a $5 bonus if the slightest thing is off. in the end i just can't respect any company that refuses to budge when it comes to make or break time with a customer who has given them business for a long, long period. it's like saying "we don't need you, never did. and we don't care if you leave."

a few weeks back i told them about a bad line on an AFL match. the over under was supposed to be like 160, but they had it at 1600. when i told them, i got a reply back saying "it's fixed, is there anything else we can do for you?" i just shook my head. i wanted to say yeah, maybe give me a fuc@$# thank you? i'm trying to help them avoid some possible nonsense from people cheesing on obvious mistake lines. instead they act like they helped me. out of touch.

I hate to do it but since it appears they've removed Football from Live Betting Extra, I'm gonna have to look for a different book. Cant believe they'd do that. I'm hoping it''s a temporary issue but when I asked 5d they said they couldn't guarantee football would be added back.
