As of this morning, when I try to enter a payout on lowvig, the next screen that normally accepts the verification code is blank. Tried it three times with different browsers and same observation. The payout shows as pending, but I doubt it will be accepted because I never entered the verification code. Just checking if anyone else sees this. I've emailed their support email address as they have no chat nor phone number available for lowvig.

I found a phone number on the email verification (1-888-426-3661), which is the BetOnline phone number, and the customer service rep said they're aware of the bitcoin payout problem with lowvig and couldn't give me an estimate on fix. They're an A+ book and I'm not worried about the safety of my money, just want some of it :-)Comment -

Cant speak for lowvig. But I requested a betonline payout last night around midnight, and it was in my wallet around 3 hours later. crazy, scary fast.Comment -
Thanks Bubba. I'm wondering then if it's lowvig specifically or something with my account. They actually called me up and said that it was probably because I was trying on a mac. I then tried on mobile and windows, and still no luck. Lowvig site has periodic problems, so this seems to be another one. Hopefully they resolve this soon.Comment -
I am attempting to request a lowvig payout right now, and having the same issue you describe. Little doubt ill get paid, but IMO unacceptable to have this issue for days at a time. Did you ever get paid?
When things run smoothly this group of books are paid. When there are hiccups, dealing with customer service has always been like pulling teeth. I am dreading having to do just that.

I spoke to a manager (John) and he manually put my payout through. It required me cancelling the pending one and he used the last BTC address I used.
Tonight, I submitted a new payout (I have a balance to diminish and am hitting their limits), and it skipped the verification code step and seems to have taken. It's now pending. Let's see if it gets rejected or if they just did away with their verification code.Comment -

I just emailed sbr my username. I am not by my pc so wont be comfortable re-requesting the bitcoin payout till this evening. (Dont know how to log into my wallet on my phone). So i cant confirm that they got rid of the 2 step process till then. (Getting rid of it is scary as well. I'd reccomend a manual 2 step process in the meantime, like calling the client).
Dissapointingly but unsurprisingly , both my emails to lowvig over 24 hours ago went unanswered (other than an automated response).
I did get a non automated response telling me I'm rejected but I dont count that as support!

Just to confirm, my latest withdrawal did complete and I received the funds. So it looks like they removed the verification step where one puts the verification code in. They still send the email to the registered email address, which gives the user a chance to cancel.Comment -
