When this is hopefully taken care of satisfactorily, what book should I be using? I don't see where the ratings for the books are...

LOL Man please don't think that ANY of these S-books WON'T do the same thing to you because of their "rating"

on a particular website! Dude, the ratings are based on how much they pay that particular web site!

A high rating doesn't mean that S-book won't cheat or steal your money any less than the other one's will!

If you pay a website enough, you get an A+ rating from that website!!

This is so true.. And Im sure I will have people telling me im an idiot but I dont care. I have been playing at a D- rated sportsbook on here for a year now (not going to name the book)... Im up on them and have been paid 4 times. Hasnt been 8 hours like others, but they are fair to me. It just happens to be the book I keep winning on with their bonuses. I am by no means making big money. Just sharing my story and the whole ratings and paying for them is 100% accurate in my opinion.
