Yes. Seems they're doing it with all users. Perhaps they had a security breach or something.

yes that happens only when you have big cash in account and ask withdrawal,they not ask id or verification when you deposit or loose bets.

I got this message from Carbon but not Sportsbook. I didn't do the reset yet but will before it expires I suppose.

Followed their instructions, sent ID, plus selfie with ID (and threw in a smile while I was at it), and they updated my email address, which later let me update my password. They made this update on a Saturday. So I'm satisfied and this is a closed matter for me.

Don't wait till last day in case you need to change your email address like I did.

I got message to change it, too. But email worked so I didn't need to send ID.
