Casino Winner (former Kroon Casino) stole over 1,300 euros from me after i tried to withdraw 1,600 euros. I successfully completed their sports bonus prior to this.
The only thing they’ve said is that rule 12.1 in their terms and conditions has been violated.
12.1 «Any Bonus is available once per person, familiy, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, telephone number, computer/device / or IP address».
I have only been playing with my iPhone. I have not played at work. I have never played at the site before.
They also underscore that I haven’t lost anything, and that they are happy to keep me on as a player in the future. I will also have access to upcoming bonuses.

In 12.9 they say that those who abuse their promotions are excluded from all upcoming promotions - but not me?!
12.6 says ... «when several players svare a household, IP address, credit card number, or computer environment, only the account where the first deposit has been made will qualify for a bonus».
Would can I do? They tell me that they’ll answer no questions.
Can I complain to MGA? Can I see their so called evidence? Could i use GDPR?
