Anyone else not getting paid yet today? Made my payout request over 24 hours ago and have not received the bitcoin yet

I got a paid from Heritage via BTC Monday morning within two hours of putting in the request. What I always do is go online put in the request then get live chat on and give them the btc address again and verify they have the payout request, then they ALWAYS ask for your payout password, once you give them that its processed. That's the way it works for me anyway,JMO.

I actually did do it that way.. Also i have still not received it, 36 hours and counting.. I contacted support and they simply said the payout department just opened and will process it soon, i asked why it wasnt processed it yesterday and they did not answer... I had a little issue with a payout back in June, but I think the cs rep didn’t know what she was doing. Yesterday Peter handled my payout and it was the fastest one I’d ever had from them. I don’t think it’s a Heritage specific issue I think it’s a USA facing books issue JMO

Sunday I submitted one minutes before 2 pm cutoff and it hit wallet when I checked at 4 pm...i always do automated where they text me code for confirmation....the payout page too is updated to new format maybe that has something to doOriginally posted by capitalist pigComment
