Why Do These Sites Try to Change What Isn't Broken?
Top book changed their cashier layout around so we can't even see the true status of our payouts.

Before, we would just click "history" and it would detail "deferred" "pre-approved" "processing" or "approved"

Now just a clock icon with no details.

most of the time it's a tech geek that has no clue what us punters like. happened on most every site im on at some point. you would think they would have an actual player test out in beta before implementation

Within the last year, a lot of the major US books have undergone software upgrades, and it’s quite annoying. None of them are actually improving anything. They are just trading up for a flashier, what they think is more modern UI. Meanwhile, players inevitably lose access to useful information which was previously there. And there is usually a large decrease in information density, so I can see a lot less by glancing at a single page without having to scroll around - or even worse - click links to open windows to data that was previously visible right on the main page. And the. You have the nightmare of lost wagers during data migration from old system to new, such as what happened at Bovada and BetDSI, at least.
