heritage cash back- taken away. anyone else?

I couldn't see it in my account starting yesterday. Went on live chat , they tell me all is good no worries, confirm the balance. Today I still cant see it, they confirm the balance (it didnt go up). Today on livechat, they were kinda rude by heritage standards. Blaming cookies, browser, me. When I ask why it didnt go up, give me all sorts of explanations saying it was checked and all is good.

I decide to call now and they tell me my profile doesnt get cashback anymore and an email was supposed to have been sent to me sometime ago informing me. Just searched my inbox, email never came.

Kinda disappointing in heritage. No its not my god given right to get cash back on my wagers. But i liked having it. And I though customer service the last 2 days was a little poor in properly relaying the decision. (no actual reason was given other than customer profile/management decision). I have been with them since the greek closed up. No major issues, some minor disagreements here and there. Ill miss you heritgae!

I too have noticed CS a bit more short ever since the new platform launched. That is strange they would take that away as they have been promoting it with the new cash back on live now....You must be killing them )

Its flat pennies unless your tossing around 1-2K a night-either betting big or crushing them overall......still surprised they are worried about it...

They are integrating the cash back program into live betting too at the moment. Announced last week.

I mean the last person i spoke to told me i am definitely no longer eligible for cash back. However the last 2 people i spoke to before that told me im 100% eligable and I am a moron(exaggeration) for not seeing it on my screen. So i guess I have a glimmer of hope.

You don't always get the top top CSR--goes with any business.....I've been on chat and tried to tell them fights they had listed ended an hour ago.....they insisted they were not....I told him it ended by sub in the 3rd at 4:24 ...they also had fights listed WEEKS off with Bellator and never got it corrected...sometimes its just a bad or NOT AS GOOD apple lol...
