Hello,
I opened an account by librabet sportsbook and I deposit some money via ecopayz. I won my first bet and I want to withdrawl some money. Then I should verify my account, thats no problem. I send them my ID Card, a screenshot of my ecopayz account and so on. Then they send me a mail, that I should make a selfie with my ID Card and their sportsbetting website in background. I've sent the documents, but now they want to make a skype call. When I do not make the skype call untill 14th august, they will close my account and they will claim all my money. I think thats not acceptable , but I dont know what to do.

There is not much else you can do at this point but do the Skype call. They will just say you refused KYC and hold the money otherwise

Like Lonnie says do the call....it’s not out of normalcy if they suspect something...do that and then If they still hold you have a case...if not optional is correct....why are u against the skype ?

Like Lonnie says do the call....it’s not out of normalcy if they suspect something...do that and then If they still hold you have a case...if not optional is correct....why are u against the skype ?

I am not against the skype call, other bookmakers call me via telephone and I never had problems. But I have no time at this time, I must go to work and they do not understand it.

How can I save the skype call? When I dont get my money, I will upload the call in some forms .

It depends what they think is wrong, but generally they might ask about your deposit and withdrawal dates and methods, what some of your bets were, why you decided on those bets, maybe the rules of sports you bet on etc etc.

If you are female it is almost certainly due to them wanting to check if the account is just a gnome for someone else.

Yes i am a female.

Other sportsbook call me and I never had problems with withdrawl.

Hope things get sorted if you accomplish the call.

I played at some books from Tranello Group (Librabet, Casinia, Malina and Campobet) and they all paid after a while. I remenber extensive KYC (no Skype call though), extensive rollover requirements (3x deposit plus 1 EUR max bet) and withdrawal restrictions (1k per transaction and week) but in the end they all paid, also higher amounts.
