I'm crowdsourcing this because I spent a lot of time with the AC CS this afternoon and we didn't get anywhere.
I recently opened an account and want to deposit. When I go to the Deposit page, apparently there is supposed to be a button where you request a wallet address. But I don't see that button. This is what I see:
I'm guessing the button that I want is that orange-ish sliver that appears under deposit. Can anyone confirm this? If that's the one, it's unclickable no matter how big or small I make the page.
I've used different browsers, different devices, different URL's, cleared cache and cookies...nothing makes the page say what CS says it should say.
I have this feeling that this is going to be one of those palm-to-face-how-could-I-be-so-stupid moments, but I have deposited and withdrawn at countless places and I'm just stumped here.

I'm newbie here. Is your problem already solve? you just need to click bitcoin then put your account and the btc you want to deposit then click request. you can see the btc address after that.
