SBR complaints procedure

    SBR complaints procedure

    So this isn't a complaint against SBR but just to know where I stand.

    I submitted a complaint against a bookmaker to SBR just under 2 weeks ago and followed it up with 2 more emails but have heard nothing back.

    I just would like to know what to expect if anyone has had experience. Should I hear nothing and then be informed of any results? Or do they usually keep people updated? Any input from moderators would also help. Thanks

    I got an email verifying my complaint instant(auto) then it was 2 days later an email from a rep that they where working on it

          Check your spam. They usually respond fairly quick but it is vacation time for several staff members right now.

            Similar experience here. I tried OSGA, they responded in a few days, and are actively looking into my issue now.

                Live chat gave me an email address to which I wrote and received no reply. I don't understand the point of having a complaints procedure in place if nothing happens. Thanks for the help though
