So this isn't a complaint against SBR but just to know where I stand.
I submitted a complaint against a bookmaker to SBR just under 2 weeks ago and followed it up with 2 more emails but have heard nothing back.
I just would like to know what to expect if anyone has had experience. Should I hear nothing and then be informed of any results? Or do they usually keep people updated? Any input from moderators would also help. Thanks
