Youwager captcha error, can't place wagers
My account at some point had a captcha requirement added to it. I have to fill out a captcha before I can click submit on a bet. Whatever, I live with it.

Youwager recently changed their domain from https://www.youwager.eu to https://www.youwager.lv .

I can no longer place wagers because the captcha has the following error:

Free image hosting and sharing service, upload pictures, photo host. Offers integration solutions for uploading images to forums.

I contacted support to report this and was told this:

Please clean your browsing history and cookies for the system to update the recent changes in the domain.

Once done, you should be able to complete the task. If that does not happen, please call us so we can take your wagers below the limit of $25 for the time being or fill out spots.

Do not hesitate to contact us for any additional information.

    Best regards,

    Dante

The problem isn't on my end, but I tried in Incognito anyway. Same deal.

They need to go re-register the captcha for their new domain (.lv) and update the token on their page.

Is there anyone out there that can help get this to someone other than first line support?

Good suggestion, thanks Optional. I submitted a complaint as well.

Your email probably right. But it’s surprising that they haven’t tested this change themselves or noticed the number of wagers decreasing. have you tried a different browser?

Yeah, tried different browsers and in incognito/private browsing which uses a fresh cache (same as clearing cookies/data).

Not everyone has a captcha checkbox that they have to click so it's only affecting some customers, probably a small number. I know for a fact that new customers do not have one on signup. It just appeared out of the blue for me one day and stuck around. I know a couple others that are in the same boat.
