What do they mean when they say "wrong email"? When you set up a 5Dimes account, they send you a verification email, so it should not be possible to sign up with an incorrect email address. Then when you request a payout, they send another verification email. So where in this process is this getting messed up and how? I assumed you've talked to their support and asked for these details, correct?

When you make a bitcoin withdraw they send you an email asking you to confirm the details.

They want you to reply to that email from the same email address they sent it to.

Sounds like you have more than one email account setup in your email client and may have replied from the wrong one?

Yes, same email. Now they changed it to the bitcoin address.

          Ah that makes more sense.

Can you find the record of all addresses allocated to your wallet? I guess it should be the second last address if the last one you sent for confirmation was wrong?

Or just ask to cancel the withdraw so you can start again? (and keep a note of the bitcoin address to confirm)

He said it was rejected (which is standard if the address is wrong), so he has to submit new anyways...and take note of the BTC address this time

Gamini as in the exchange? Get a personal bitcoin wallet to transact between Gemini and sportsbooks. Never send gambling money directly to/from a financial institution subject to US laws. They will eventually figure it out and cancel your account.

Sounds like you are unaware of some of the very basic things you need to know.
