Expekt stealing my funds

So Expekt decided to exit my countrie's market and informed me that they will pay out my remaining money after i send them my bank statement

So i did and got message:

Thanks for contacting us.

I would like to kindly inform you that your withdrawal in the amount of xxxx USD has been successfully paid out on 05.07.2019. Kindly note that transfer by bank may take up to 3-5 banking days.

Thank you for your cooperation and we wish you the very best for the future.

i waited 12 days and nothing came through, so i emailed them and they wanted to see my account bank statement to verify that i havent received money. i sent it today and got this for answer:

Please kindly be advised that no refund will be available after review form our financial department. This is due to similarities with another account.
Sorry for your inconvenience and have a good day.

I have no idea what they are talking about and why would they just take my money.
I'm writing this in kind of a hurry cuz i have to go out now.
Anyone any advice or opinions?

ok thanks a lot i did just file a complaint and i have sent email conversation with Expekt CS on sbr email

its beenn 20 days and i havent heard anything from SBR after i filed a complaint

is this normal?
