Literally can't STAND the new Heritage Format

change affects me today. Does this save them money somehow?? I cant see how any customer prefers the new layout.

Unfortunately new menu hit me in the middle of the a busy wagering day. In a chat with CS, their only response was "system upgrade". Well my "system upgrade" to process the new format will take about 2 weeks before I can wager in volume again. Thanks for the early warning Heritage.

besides the site loading slow...my biggest complaint is the available balance not refreshing after placing wagers and having to click on every pending bet to see what bet is...when you have 20+ open bets its a major drag

I click on "my account" and "current bets" and see them all like i used to (for now/on laptop). Placing wagers on the other hand is mighty clumsy.
