It's down again and they have been down at least once a week for the past four weeks. Is this normal? The mirrors get the same Error Code 20 too. DDOSed again?

They are often down for a short time after midnight. I think running daily jobs/updates.

I believe they are down for maintenance until 5 AM or 6 AM Eastern.
It was posted on their website earlier.
