BOOKMAKER deposit question?

After finally learning the ins/outs of bitcoin I called BOOKMAKER to see if bitcoin deposit was allowed and which types of deposits they preferred. A lady customer service rep told me the ONLY way funds would be immediately available for wagering was to deposit via credit card? Not debit but credit card!! When I asked about bitcoin deposit method she said the $$$ wouldn't be available until 2-3 hours......certainly I hope she was a new employee and didn't know what she was talking about..........any BOOKMAKER players here? Please help clear this situation.........

you either misunderstood or shes the dumbest rookie CS ever...Deposits via BTC is what they prefer and they are credited fast after 1 confirmation easy peasy

Edit: though she may be right for "instant" as btc takes one confirmation so half hour maybe

I agree with what Kona said. Bitcoin network has been jammed lately... Bookmaker prefers this method... but by the time you get the first confirmation on the Bitcoin Network... it could take 1-2 hours. Where as... a CC deposit would be in your acct instantly.

There is no reason why a debit card would be any different to cred card in deposit time.
