No timeframe but starting a thread usually expedites the process. What is the issue?

Usually within 48 hours. When did you submit the form?

This is what i sent to sportbookreview...

Good afternoon On September 2017 i deposited in this bookmaker and i got a bonus called NFL2017, i got 100% of my deposit, so i deposited 2500 usd and i got 2500 freeplay. Unfortunately i had a lot of personal problems and i didn't use this account. On december 2018 i had the opportunity to use it because of holiday work and I bet. I want to specify that when i placed this bet that i mentioned, everything was like the beginning, obviously i had in my account 2500 usd plus 2500 freeplay. Anyway as i said, i made some bet and i lost my 2500 usd. After that i started to work again so i didn't have time to use it, also because i was waiting for the mlb started. Now i logged in in my account and they removed all freeplay saying that their rule provides that all bonus expire after 1 month. It clear that they are not saying the true, because the free play amount has been untouched in my account for more that 1 year. I Tried to explain them it but they pretend not to understand. Can you please help me in this situation?

I think they introduced the 30 day expiry term in 2015 or 2016. There were several people who got caught out by it and complained at the time.

I recall another case like yours, I 'think' was also BOL, where the account wasn't used for a long time and the bonus had remained sitting there too. Maybe no activity means auto removal doesn't get triggered or something.

But it hasn't been removed for more then 1 year, i repeat, on december, before i placed the bet, everything was untouched, why did they remove after my lost bet?

                I don't know :\

But we have seen other people posting to say their bonus did not auto-expire either and were unhappy when it was not honored.

You can send in a complaint form but I am not really sure what SBR will be able to do if the bonus terms say 30 days.

I did it, and i am sure that when i joined them with NFL2017code there was not any deadline about the bonus
freeplay, infact they didn't remove it after 1 month... they did it after 1 year and immediately after that i placed my bet.. no seriousness

That bonus code may not have specified a 30 day deadline, but sportsbooks always have a section of their rules that applies to all bonuses. In the case of BetOnline, their general rules state:

"2. Free plays and bonuses expire in 30 days. Any unused free plays at the 30 day mark will disappear from your account."

Are you sure you checked the general rules and this wasn't there at the time?

The answer is.... why did they leave the freeplay untouched for more than 1 year if the bonus would have expired after month... it means that this rules didn't exist

It doesn't matter. Apparently, you got lucky for 1 year. But that doesn't entitle you to get a free lunch. You're looking for a non-existent loophole here when the rules clearly show they were within their rights to remove the freeplay.

I feel for you. I've been in your shoes before where I've lost bonuses I earned for taking too long to act. Use this opportunity to learn the same lesson I did - ALWAY use your bonuses ASAP. It's not just expiration dates you have to worry about. A sportsbook can deem you to be "non-recreational" at any time, and for any reason they feel like and take your pending bonuses away. Don't let that happen.
