I do not use off shore books because I believe that people who do are just begging to get ripped off. My question is this. Do you have to give bank account information to make a withdrawal?

Not with Offshore books. Unless you want to be paid by wire.

Regulated books will sometimes require you to take payment to a bank account in your name, if there is any suspicion about your identity, payment method etc.


You don't need to be concerned about giving out your bank info though. The banking system is designed so we can give strangers an account number to pay us to without compromising security. It happens millions of times a day probably.

Most people have moved to bitcoin now.

You can still get a check or small amounts by P2P services at most books. But realistically bitcoin and wires are needed for big players these days.
