I wanted to give credit where credit is due. For UFC 100 I made an offer that was accepted after the fight in question was over as matchbook had incorrect fight start times. After a succession of fruitless emails to matchbook, i filled out a complaint form. I was contacted quickly by SBR, specifically Justin7, who once i gave him the case details, email trail, and information that i had, essentially handled the situation for me. I am very thankful to him and SBR as a whole.
The situation was obviously aided by the fact that it was a legitimate complaint that could be 'proven' with twitter time stampings of all things. But the professionalism, completeness, communication, and celerity with which this was handled was top notch. Not a huge amount of money, but they saved me 700$ which was essentially 'stolen' from me.
