this place doesn't like winners - i know this firsthand. some of these lower rated books think they can get away with shit like this- paying him out $450 like they are doing him a favor- fuk them! put in a payout complaint on here!!

I think the problem is that he took a bonus on his "nephews" account because his account was ineligible.

Books consider this bonus abuse.
He then played and won on the same device and IP address used by both accounts. He admitted this to the book in chat.
So he took a shot at a bonus and gave the book a reason to give him a hard time. If he didn't take the bonus none of this would be happening.

This dispute isn't about paying out, its about perceived bonus abuse. The book is claiming foul on the OP for circumventing bonus rules.

I know Ksherm is looking for leverage/sympathy here but HRW is saying he circumvented bonus rules by claiming a deposit bonus on his nephews acct then bet using the same device and IP address as he used for his original account. He was not stiffed, his payout was pro rated after removing the bonus funds.

So the argument here is that the book believes he was betting with bonus funds he wasn't entitled to and has data to back up their claim.

Ksherm was a winning player at HRW and was paid and booted previous to this incident.

How do I know this? Because a link to anther site was provided to me privately and it shows a response from the book manager with chat logs.

I know guys love to hate on the books but its common knowledge that books don't take kindly to people trying to circumvent limits and or bonuses but some guys keep trying to despite knowing it could cause problems when it comes time to get a payout.

All bullshit. Played at the book for a week. Met my rollover. Had bets in 3 different states as i move around for work. God forbid i placed a few bets while babysitting for my nephew.. Guess thats good reason to steal $2100. Exactally how is paying out %18 of a balance pro rated? The bonus was only $300 freeplay which is equivalent to $150 cash.. My deposit was $201 cash.. Pro rated should be $1600. Not $650..

And my nephew was not booted from HRwager .. He Played once there and won .. Took him over a month to get paid btw.. His act was in good standing. But he never redeposited.. Because of the SLOW PAYOUT!!!

Caught my ass. Like i made $2700 off their $300 freeplay?? I actually lost my wager off the $300 freeplay.. Hence the $2700 was from my $200 cash i deposited..

I read your entire chat transcript on another forum posted by the owner of HRwager...you abused the bonus rules end of story

you did break rules, both you and the other IP address you logged in from received bonuses

no point whining any further, you are not getting another dime...you either knowingly cheated with bonus abuse or learned a hard lesson not to login on another IP address of someone that also has an acct...these are pretty standard rules offshore.
