    Sportsbetting.ag Rollover
I'm new at Sportsbetting.ag, but I've already lost my deposit and bonus.

It looks like I still have rollover to meet though, so I asked if this could be reset to zero as I don't want to deposit again and add to an existing rollover. CS said they have escalated it to some kind of "rollover department", but nothing has changed.

Has anyone else experienced this? Will they reset it eventually? I think it's been about 4 days.

Their CS seems to really suck!

If they don't reset it after all money is lost, then only a fool would ever send them another deposit. In any case, compared to Sportsbetting.ag (SB), Wagerweb.eu (WW) is far superior, as follows:

      1) WW reimburses Bitcoin fees (up to 5%) on deposits of $300 or more, SB does not

      2) WW processes Bitcoin payouts the same day (usually within hours), SB does not (am told 2 days minimum to receive)

      3) WW offers a 10% cash bonus with 8X rollover and 1% weekly rebate (as a free play) on all your sports action, SB does not (offers a free play, 14X rollover, no rebate)

They reimburse the 79 cents it costs to send a Bitcoin?

Thanks for recommending a book to me which doesn't answer my question in anyway

Better sites to redepoist at if it takes 4 days to answer a simple question.

In 20 years and well over 20 sites used, have NEVER witnessed any place, anywhere, at any time, that still requires a rollover to be met after all is lost. There's no such thing. It doesn't exist. Why would it? Is absurd. So, to directly answer your question, no, have not experienced that. Perhaps you can elaborate on what exactly "looks like" you have rollover means. How does the account appear different to you when there is rollover verse when there isn't?

And no, they reimburse the cost to buy BTC, which for me on 300 has been over 12 bucks. So, if you do 300 or more, I appreciate when my Book does that in kind, especially when most don't.

Sportsbetting.ag displays your rollover amount at the header of every page when you're logged in. It's very obvious if you have rollover remaining. OP definitely needs to get it reset, and they will.

They have reset it, but it took a while and a few live chats. Annoying but I'm back in anyway.
