1xbet cancel bet confusion

I made a bet with number 7262477683 (1000€). It is composed by 3 legs and I won 2 with odds 1.36 and 3.52. So I should have 1000€*1.36*3.52 = 4787,2€

Suddently the 3rd game got interrupted and I contacted support with the following question:"On my bet 7262477683 one tennis game is interrupted. Can you void just that leg? Because I won two other already?"

And the operator didn't reply to me, he just told "Please Hold on." "Your bet has been refunded"

I never asked for refunding the whole betslip with odd 1 as it would make NO SENSE.

After contacting support, they apologized and told me I received 10.000 promo points for compensation.

"You have received the compensation in the amount of 10000 promo points. The total number of promo points that you received is 21904. All further requests concerning your canceled bet and an operator's mistake will be ignored."

It is not fair and you know, 10.000 promo points is about 140€ not 4787,2€.I hope it gets solved and I got my money back.

EDIT: in meanwhile I won the 3rd and final leg. So I should get 1000€*1.36*3.52*1.2 = 5744,64

Yes, OP made a dumb mistake by asking them to void a leg, but the book also took advantage of him being a novice in this area. When was the last time a sportsbook voided a wager for you just because you asked?

With that being said, unfortunately, it's 1xbet. So OP has no hope here.
