Almost a Week to confirm document at Betonline....

Account got hacked...someone tried to transfer $300 thru bitcoin.
I cancelled the request when I saw the transaction.

Obviously the IP was different than my usual one.
They asked me for ID/Documents for my account.
I sent them in. Said it would be 48 hours. Nothing.
Said they need another 24 hours. Nothing.
Been almost a week. Still waiting for their special e-mail so I can log in.

Have Bruins Futures pending there so want to hedge a bit and now can't log in for a week.



How hard is it to confirm documents/ID to my account that matches everything...

Probably not too hard to verify but I'm guessing that it's a pain in the azz for them as well. Why do these idiots try to cheat/-steal from all these sportsbooks? If only the time was spent studying games they may have a better chance on winning some $$$$
