Having trouble also with Bovada

They locked me out of account, said they would respond within 72 hours (never had this problem before).
What's really frustrating with them, no way to contact (no phone or live chat or anything).
They seem to be getting worse!

Luckily you, I've been locked out for 10 days and counting while they "investigate" an alleged charge back. No one on this site who's been told they had a charge back received credit back into their cc. Bovada is the only one saying it's been a charge back w/o any proof. I showed 4+ months of billing activities on my cc and still waiting for them to unlock my account. At least, I've been saving money as I've stopped gambling while waiting for this to resolve.
