Hello.

I am new SBR, sorry my English broken, I are not speaking English grateful.

I signed up a month ago with this site, they not pay me my €5,000 withdrawal, I did bonus not, no bonus, only deposit Bitcoin and they don't send me withdrawal.

Now account blocked, emails no reply.

I am new in very forum here, but please understand believe me they block accounts. I trusted the site because I deposited €100 before, got €400 withdrawal no problems, but now they block account.

Now seriously,

1) Why do people sign up with shady websites that have no reviews and no credibility?

2) Why some of these people don't speak English properly? How do they find SBR if they don't speak English properly? And do people have to speak 100% accurately in order to gain more trust and credibility from other forum members? (for instance I could say English is not my native/first language etc. - yet I do believe if I will post a complaint it might be taken more seriously, why?)

3) Should SBR apply some rules or guidelines or something to establish credibility from newbies who have complaints? Or do you like the way things are handled now?

Just a bunch of questions and thoughts I wanted to share with you guys. Thanks.

You’re going to get a reply from a guy named optional on here.

He’s an utter idiot. Ignore the dribble the robot spits out, he knows little to nothing.

File an SBR dispute/complainT. You can find it on main page.

Be aware, 50% of complaints/disputes never get answered. Search for as many sportsbook forums as you can and post about them, other sites might help you.

File complaint with their country of license, if they have one.

Message shari91 if you need any help. Like I said optional is the mod here and he’s useless.

Sorry if I confused you eagles fan, my post was 50% sarcastic... but I agree if someone has a genuine real complaint he should turn to as many forums as possible - but on the same time some forums require confidentiality - hence if you post about it elsewhere they won't help you.

Askgambler ive seen good results from I like reading through complaints as they are very transparent and give book a time table to respond

LOL Eagles! Whatever you (or anybody else) posts is fine with me! I just want to "chime in" on that a little bit!

I used to get mad as hell at optional because of how he was (mostly) always "taking up" for the S-books

that pay to advertise and have their names on the top of the screen on here, instead of taking up for the player!

But one day he said something like: "I work here dude, whose side do you expect me to be on? Whose

side would you be on if you worked here and the S-books were the one's paying and keeping you employed?"

I totally realized his point, and I immediately gave him a "touche" and I've never bothered him since!
