Bovada not paying and stealing 1k, SBR report filed!!!

I totally understand that but it does not make sense. This is NOT my first withdrawal (the only withdrawal the KYC type delay would make sense on). I have done a handful of withdrawals and this one randomly is stuck for 15 days now...
