I am going through a payments issue myself. Asked for a $2500 bitcoin withdrawal on 5/8, they gave me a credit card refund which hasn’t processed till now. Just sent them my docs for proof. Is this common?

3 weeks would be about the maximum time it takes for a card credit to come through.

But if they are asking you for ID docs, it would be unusual for them to pay before those being approved usually.

Maybe a communication breakdown someone here?

10 business days I hear is typical for CC refunds. The bank has to take the money out of the vendors account and after processing that (3-5 business days) then it is refunded back to the customer (a few days to post for that too). International transactions could easily add a few days to that.

Ran a small business in sports memorabilia and that was the process for refunds.

Not asking for ID docs. They want me to prove the refund didn’t go through. They requested bank statements from 5/8-5/31. I submitted one of the credit card statements for review. The other one will be available on 6/25 as the previous statement is till 5/25. So i am stuck now. How can they not verify this on their own. It just feels like the refund was never sent in the first place.

It's very annoying when this happens. It's most likely that the payment processor has lost their merchant account and cant be sure what transactions were processed and what wasn't.

I don’t mind waiting a few more days as long as they sort this out.
