Does anyone know if it's possible to access a transaction history for a period beyond the last 14 days at BetJamaica? I'm sure they keep the information, and they're running the same ASI software as 5Dimes, who allows you to specify any date range you want.
I was able to get a history past the default 31 day limit at Bodog with a little bit of snooping, so I was hoping someone might have a similar trick.
Contacting customer service yielded only the answer that they recommend that clients print out their client statements every 14 days. I'm trying not to have to keep a diary of all my wagers by hand for tax purposes, and I incorrectly assumed I'd be able to get them at a later date if I missed retrieving them on time.
If not, it's not a huge deal, as I'm only missing about 2 weeks worth of data, and I can report my net gain instead of itemizing like I should, but I'd like to do it properly.
