Anyone been able to sign up in NJ w/ Betfair & TVG using-- other state ID?

Since you can do so @ Fanduel and they're all in the same umbrella & can transfer funds in between, have BF & TVG relaxed the must be NJ resident requirement-- mandating local utility bill, etc.
