Bovada live chat is a JOKE
So after wagering on the 1st half of a U19 Argentine game that started over 2 1/2 hours ago I notice my balance doesn't reflect a win or loss. Taking 2 minutes to search the web for update I see the game was suspended with 8 seconds left in 1st quarter( my team up 25-16) so I deal with 3 idiots at live chat to explain the funds should be returned to my acct because the game was suspended.......no explanation why but just suspended with 8 sec left in 1st quarter. 1 HOUR DEALING WITH PEOPLE WHO EITHER CANT READ OR UNDERSTAND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. If the game is SUSPENDED it isn't a Win or a Loss so put the funds back and have a nice day........nearly 90 minutes after I found out the game was suspended the funds still not in my acct.
BOVADA......save some $$$ and do away with live chat....it's USELESS!!!!
I knew things were going too good with this book.......if I can take 2 minutes to find it's SUSPENDED then why not the BOOK that posted the LINES?
